* How to Make Sweet and Sour Mix:
Make a simple syrup, ½ cup of granulated sugar 1 cup lemon juice or use ½ cup lemon juice and ½ cup lime juice.
Cook the water and sugar over medium heat, stirring in the sugar until completely dissolved.
Let stand to cool to room temperature, add in your lemon juice or your lemon lime mixture.
Put in sealed container and refrigerator, this should last about a week refrigerated or about a month in the freeze.

Take equal parts of tequila and triple sec (1½ oz each per one serving). 2 oz of your home made sweet and sour mix and ½ oz of lime juice.
How much sweet and sour mix and lime juice is up to your taste.

In a shaker fill half way with ice, pour in your Vodka, Triple Sec, Kahlúa and Espresso. Shake vigorously and pour into your frozen martini glass and enjoy.

Combine ingredients (except White Chocolate Pearls) then shake and strain into a martini glass. Add the 2 Tbsp. Godiva White Chocolate Pearls to float on top.
